Dr. Hashmi is a board-certified nephrologist with over 25 years of clinical experience, practicing in Annapolis, Maryland. 

He earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University in 1995. After relocating to the United States, he completed his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship training at West Virginia University Hospitals. 

Dr. Hashmi treats a wide spectrum of kidney-related conditions, including glomerulonephritis, nephropathy, chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and electrolyte/metabolic disorders. He is also involved in acute kidney failure management.

Affiliated with Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center and University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center, he accepts new patients and provides telehealth services.

Dr. Hashmi is fluent in English and several other languages, and is known for his compassionate patient care, combining deep clinical knowledge with a dedication to improving outcomes in kidney disease.
