Dr. Niazi is an Annapolis native and graduated medical school from Georgetown University in D.C. As an Air Force physician, he completed Internal Medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton Ohio, and served there as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine for a year. Subsequently, he completed fellowship training in Nephrology at The University of Texas at San Antonio. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr. Niazi was stationed as a nephrologist and Director of Dialysis at Travis Air Force base in Fairfield, California for three years. 

After completing his time in the Air Force, he is excited to be back in Maryland. He is passionate about all areas of kidney disease, but particularly electrolyte disorders and chronic kidney disease. Dr. Niazi is married and has one daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, golf, movies, and is a big Ravens fan!
